At eDigital, we believe there is more to digital marketing than most people commonly think it is. It gives you the power to become engaged with your target customers instantly — without time, border or device barriers. You already know that part.
What we actually want to say is this: the digital marketing most people do does not use its full potential. You cannot populate a content piece with keywords and expect people to read it and become your customers. The non-stop links built across digital properties are useless if you are only building them to meet a target. If you counter a negative comment about your brand with more negativity and call that ORM, you are wrong. And using social media to post daily about how awesome you are, without style or substance, is worse than not existing socially at all.
People are smarter. Competition is at its extreme. There is nothing left unexplored. You have a few minutes to prove a point — so it is better you do it well.

We believe in digital marketing that earns a customer rather than buys one. For that we trust a human way of working. A keyword is important, but it cannot be more important than emotion. A daily social post is a good way to reach customers, but it needs to be organically balanced and filled with content that connects meaningfully. In reputation management, negativity does not eliminate negativity — truth and objectivity do.
We are not supermen and we are not here to introduce disruptive change. We use the common tools, the usual best practices and the industry norms. But we enjoy doing it. We do not chase deadlines in ways that damage quality. We believe in delivery that is on time, with full mind on it.
